Fire burns through two-story home, no injuries

WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TX (KTRK) -- A fire at a home in West University Place is under investigation this morning.

The flames broke at around 10:30pm last night at a large two story home on Milton at Community.

West University Fire Department called mutual aid from Bellaire and South Side Place to put out the flames. There was extensive damage to the second story part of the home.

One man was home at the time. He made it out safely. No one else got hurt.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
