Fight video puts Houston club at center of TABC investigation

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A local club is being investigated after violence on the street was caught on camera by neighbors.

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission launched the investigation into Rick's Den on Cavalcade, after hearing about the video from ABC-13.

In the video, you can see people spilling out on the street. Two people are seen throwing punches at each other. The fight is broken up. Then, minutes later, the chaos breaks out again with dozens watching.

Homeowners are worried about what could happen next.

"One of those bullets coming through the walls and hitting one of my kids or us while we're sleeping," neighbor Viridiana Toscano said.

We looked into past problems surrounding Rick's Den. Police say people called 911 24 times since last July. Those calls were for discharging a firearm, robbery, assault, burglary. Fourteen of those were for disturbances or loud noises.
