Neighborhood wrapped in toilet paper
Residents in Pennsylvania woke up to find their neighborhood wrapped

WEST PITTSTON, PA -- It's a big mystery in Pennsylvania, reports television station WNEP. A neighborhood was filled with toilet paper and now the federal government is investigating.

Neighbors woke up to find shredded toilet paper and plastic on their roofs and their yards. Some suspect the mess came from a plane.

The Federal Aviation Administration is looking into the matter. It collected samples and reviewing the routes of planes that passed through the area.
