Drug bust leads to two arrests in Fort Bend County

The Fort Bend County Narcotics Task Force says two people face felony charges after a drug bust netted a buffet of drug and firearms.

The bust happened early Thursday morning at a home in the 1800 block of Arcadia Drive in Sugar Land.

Agents conducted a search of the residence and found a "substantial amount" of marijuana, Xanax, powder cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, LSD, Promethazine, counterfeit U.S. currency, 16 firearms/ammunition, body armor and drug contraband indicative of manufacturing, packaging and distributing illicit narcotics.

Lam Nguyen, 27, of Sugar Land was arrested and faces 27 felony charges and one misdemeanor.

Jennifer Jacksis, 28, of Sugar Land was arrested and faces eight felony charges and one misdemeanor.

Both remain in the Fort Bend County Jail.

Bonds have not yet been set.
