Driver found stabbed after crashing car in Walmart parking lot in northwest Harris County

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Deputies arrived to the scene of car wreck in a Walmart parking lot to discover the driver unconscious with a stab wound.

The scene played out at the Walmart on Highway 290 at Cypress-Rosehill shortly after 2pm Friday.

According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, a vehicle crashed in the parking lot, and the victim was found unconscious in the driver's seat with a stab wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital. There's no word on condition.

No suspect has been taken into custody at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
