KINGWOOD, TX (KTRK) -- Montgomery County deputy constables say they arrested three men for spray painting a Kingwood bridge. The constable's office says one of those arrested was also caught with wax marijuana.

According to the Montgomery County Constable, Pct. 4 Office, a deputy was driving by and saw several people under the bridge. The deputy was on his way to a call and couldn't stop, but returned later and saw three men painting the structure under the bridge, just north of Northpark on Highway 59, according to the Constable's Office.

Jonathan Arriola, Gabriel Rybinski and Eric Russom were charged with graffiti. Russom was also charged with possession of wax marijuana.
