A tipster will received up to $7,500 for information leading to Osborn, who was captured Friday. Prosecutors say Osborn in June cut off an ankle monitor he was wearing after recently bonding out of jail on two counts of indecency with a child.

Osborn in 2000 was convicted in Montgomery County of aggravated assault against a public servant and unlawfully carrying a weapon. He was convicted later that year, in Brazoria County, of possession with intent to promote child pornography and was sentenced to seven years in prison.
