Deadly shooting involving possible burglar probed in southwest Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police are investigating a deadly shooting that may have been a burglar in southwest Houston.
The shooting happened in the 8500 block of Maplecrest around 2am.
Eyewitness News reporter Courtney Fischer just arrived at the scene and will bring the latest on-air at 4:30am.
