CLEVELAND, TX -- Going on a mission trip to Israel instead of a senior trip was something that weighed heavily on Crosby High School senior Kailub Feazell's heart.

Though he was involved in Crosby High football and track, it's Feazell's faith that has carried him through his studies and also something he wants to share with others around the world.

Feazell has worked for months to raise enough money to go and still has a little bit more to go before he leaves June 27 so he is accepting any donations and/or support from the community.

"My family is very big in ministry, Feazell said. "My mom just so happened to see an advertisement for this mission trip online. She started to pray about it and it was God's plan for me to go. When I learned more about the mission trip to Israel, I fell in love immediately. I chose Israel because of the religious history of the area."
