Ding's arrest was communicated to the People's Republic of China Consulate in Houston. She and Trihemasava are charged with prostitution, operating an illegal sexually oriented business and operating a massage parlor without a license.

Court papers state both woman agreed to perform sex acts on undercover officers.

"I'm shocked. Really am shocked," said Chanda Chaney, who is a registered nurse and has used reflexology to help her patients. "I've heard that these places exist but I guess that I never thought that they really did."

It's the second reflexology business in two weeks that's been busted in our area for prostitution. Three people were arrested at the Oasis Foot Reflexology in Cinco Ranch.
