'Cat cam' catches burglar at NYC apartment taking computer -- while cat watches

NEW YORK -- A suspect was captured on a pet-monitoring camera as he broke into a home, and took jewelry and electronic devices.

Around 2:30 p.m. April 13, the suspect got into the victim's Midtown New York apartment through a window and took a MacBook Pro, an iPad, jewelry and a digital camera.

On the "cat cam," a cat can be seen watching the proceedings.
