Car crushes man working on his car in NW Harris County

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man died late last night after his car fell on top of him in northwest Harris County.

Sheriff's deputies say the 57-year-old man was working on his vehicle at an apartment complex on Timber Creek Place. The car collapsed and the vehicle crushed him.

A passer-by raised the jack back up but it was too late.
