Brand-new Heights home goes up in flames

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A fire broke out at a brand-new one story home in the Heights this morning on 28th Street near Rutland.

No one had moved into the house yet and it appears no one was inside when the blaze broke out around 4:15am.

Arson investigators are now looking into what may have started the fire.
