At least one person was injured after a three-alarm fire ripped through an apartment complex

HOUSTON -- At least one person was injured Monday night in a three-alarm fire at an apartment complex in northwest Houston, fire officers said.

The fire started just before 9pm in the 6100 block of Antoine and took just over an hour to put out.

According to the Houston Fire Department, firefighters arrived on scene to find several apartments on fire.

One woman was transported to Memorial City Hospital. We don't yet know her condition.

HFD says multiple units sustained blaze, smoke and water damage damage. Red Cross was called to tend to victims.

HFD says its arson bureau will be investigating the blaze.
