Amber Alert remains in effect for boy last seen in Humble

HUMBLE, TX (KTRK) -- An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing boy who was last seen Thursday morning in Humble.

Humble police issued the alert for 12-year-old Salvagio Timothy Smith, who was last seen at 7:30am at the school bus stop along Quail Run Dr and Oriole Lane.

Salvagio is Caucasian and has brown eyes and brown hair. He stands approximately five feet tall and weighs 95 lbs. He was last seen wearing a white and green polo shirt with grey pants and grey tennis shoes.

Police say the suspects are his biological parents who lost custody of him. They are Monica Smith, 39, who is Caucasian and has black hair and brown eyes, and is approximately five feet, four inches tall and weighs 155 pounds, and Timothy Smith, a 41-year-old Caucasian male. He is five feet, seven inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. He has brown eyes and black Hair.

Police say they may be in a gray 2-door Ford Ranger, around 15 to 20 years old.
