AUSTIN, TX (KTRK) -- An Austin lawyer is behind bars and accused of trying to hire a drug-addict to murder his enemy.

The lawyer, James Walker, apparently moonlighted as a drug dealer. Earlier this month, police say one of his heroin clients tipped off police saying walker asked him to murder a man for a $1,000.

Police set up a sting and when the deal was done they arrested and charged walker with solicitation of capital murder.
