One dead, one injured in fatal gas station shooting in north Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- One man was killed and another was injured overnight in a fatal shooting at a north Houston gas station.

Houston police said the shooting happened at the Gulf gas station on Yale St., at Delz St. One victim was shot twice in the chest and was pronounced dead at Ben Taub Hospital.

A second victim was shot in the buttocks and is expected to survive his injuries.

The shooting is under investigation.
