Texans superstar J.J. Watt is showing off his abs in the new issue of "Men's Health" magazine.

The photo shows the results of what we assume is from many hours in the gym doing a billion crunches a day. The defensive end's hard, chiseled abs couldn't look anymore perfect, especially for someone who eats up to 9,000 calories per day.

But get this, Watt claims his abs don't always look this good. He posted on Twitter that he was flexing and posing to make his abs look as good as they do on the magazine cover.

"I'm not going to lie, I am flexing my abs as hard as a 290-pound man possibly can in this new (Men's Health Magazine) cover," Watt said in the Tweet.
