TULALIP, WA -- Authorities say a truck drove off a roadway, over a concrete embankment and into a fisheries pond in western Washington state, killing the driver and all three passengers.

A spokeswoman for the Snohomish County sheriff's office says a call came in around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday that a truck had driven off the road in the town of Tulalip.

Sheri Ireton says the victims - two men and two women - died at the scene.

Investigators are working to determine the cause of the crash.

Ireton says the county medical examiner will identify the victims and determine exactly how they died.
