Two-year-old boy drowns at home in southeast Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A two-year-old boy has drowned at a home in southeast Houston.

A 911 call was made at about 10:45am. By the time emergency help arrived at the home in the 11200 block of Sagehill Drive, someone was already performing CPR. Unfortunately, the child was pronounced dead at the scene.

Family and officers at the scene say the drowning was an accident. The boy's identity has not been released.
