REGO PARK, NY -- Seven people were injured when a casino bus crashed into a building in Queens, New York on Monday.

The crash happened at 8717 63rd Avenue in Rego Park just before 2:30pm.

Police are saying that all of the injuries came from the bus, and it does not appear that anyone inside the building was injured. The victims were taken to area hospitals where they are being treated for non-life threatening injuries. The extent of their condition is not yet known.

The building that the bus hit is both commercial and residential.

A spokesperson for Resorts World Casino released a statement after the accident, saying,

"Our thoughts and prayers are with those impacted by today's bus accident. We are cooperating fully with the authorities in the investigation."
