Aggravated robbery suspects sought after violent attack, shooting in NW Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police are asking for the public's help to find two aggravated robbery suspects sought after a violent attack on a man in northwest Houston in February.

Authorities say a young Hispanic male -- possibly a teenager -- and another unknown suspect approached the man at an apartment complex on February 27 around 11pm. They approaching him from behind, forced him to the ground, robbed him, and shot him in his left leg. The suspects ran away on foot.

The man was treated and released at the hospital for the gunshot wound.

Now, police and Crime Stoppers have released a sketch of one of the suspects they say is a Hispanic male with a fair complexion. Authorities say he is between 15 and 17 years old. He is approximately 6'1" tall and weighs between 180 and 190 pounds.

The witness was not able to provide a description of the second suspect.
