HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A federal fugitive accused of sex trafficking children was arrested Monday at a public housing building in east Houston, according to authorities.

Harris County Precinct 6 Constable deputies say on a patrol Monday they suspected a man of trespassing at Clayton Homes in the 1900 block of Runnels.

Deputies say while investigating the man for trespassing, they say the man gave a false name and birth date, and when police scanned his fingerprint, they discovered Dominique Jermaine Warner, 23, had an open warrant from the Houston FBI Field Office for sex trafficking of children.

Warner is charged with failure to identify as a fugitive. He's in the Harris County Jail.
