Microsoft launches program to hire people with Autism

Microsoft is launching a program to hire people with Autism.

The software giant is working with an employment agency that creates and finds jobs for autistic workers. It plans to start with filling full-time positions at its headquarters.

Microsoft says people with autism bring strengths the company needs pointing out some have amazing ability to retain information and others excel in math or code.
