6 bicyclists crash in Fort Bend County

RICHMOND, TX (KTRK) -- Six bicyclists were involved in a crash in Fort Bend County this morning, according to authorities.

One person was transported via LifeFlight.

Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office Chief Chad Norvell tells Eyewitness News a bicyclist crashed and was hit by others. No cars were involved in the crash. Norvell says the area attracts hundreds of cyclists on the weekends.

The accident happened in the 800 block of Winner Foster near Bois d'Arc in Richmond.
