Robbers on the loose after heist at Sugar Land bank

SUGAR LAND, TX (KTRK) -- Police are looking for two men who robbed a Sugar Land Bank on Thursday.

It happened at the Compass Bank at 14121 Southwest Freeway just before 11am. Police say the men entered the bank wearing hooded jackets and masks.

One suspect, armed with a pistol, stood by the front door and ordered employees to the ground, while the other jumped over a counter and took money from a cash drawer.

They left in a black Dodge Ram pickup

There were no customers inside the bank at the time and no one was injured.
