We asked viewers for their favorite foods during Rodeo season and put together the top 10 list!
They typically come loaded with powdered sugar, but ABC-13 viewers say give them a try with whipped cream and strawberries!
A couple of you suggested washing them down with a cold beer! Even a viewer who is watching his weight says one turkey leg won't ruin his diet. We like the way you think!
Our own Jessica Willey is a big fan of the deep fried goodness!
Frozen Swirl Margaritas
You can find these at one of the first stands in the big first food tent! The tall yard glasses are filled with red and green swirls of deliciousness!
What's better than a slice of cheesecake for dessert? Deep frying it and eating it on a stick!
A kid bites into the deep fried Twinkie - one of the original sweet, deep-fried creations!
You'll be able to find several different BBQ sandwiches under the big tents from some of your favorites like Goode Co or from some vendors that you'll only see at the Rodeo.
Loaded Baked Potato
These potatoes aren't like the ones you make at home. They're HUGE, and they have every topping you can think of!
Sausage on a Stick
This one's a great option for kids - no bun, no mess! You can walk and eat this one without worrying about spilling on your Rodeo duds!
Pizza on a Stick
If you've never had it, think calzone on a stick. It's $11 on sale in the carnival area. We suggest buying a side of marinara sauce and dipping it! ABC-13's Steve Campion tried it during his first day at the Rodeo!
