Deer Park resident killed in crash

DEER PARK, TX -- A three-vehicle accident Saturday morning claimed the life of a 21-year-old Deer Park resident

The accident occurred on Saturday just after 10 a.m. along La Porte's Fairmont Parkway at Canada Rd. and is remains under a joint investigation between the La Porte Police Department and Harris County Precinct 8 Constables Office.

According to a preliminary investigation, including reconstruction efforts, the accident happened as a Chevrolet Corvette traveling westbound on Fairmont Parkway entered the intersection at Canada Rd. and struck a Honda Accord already crossing that intersection northbound along Canada Rd.
