Driver killed in single car accident in Magnolia

MAGNOLIA, TX -- Troopers with the Department of Public Safety are investigating the cause of a single-car accident in Magnolia that killed a man Sunday morning.

According to information from the Montgomery County Hospital District, EMS personnel were dispatched to the intersection of Magnolia Hills Drive and Allyson Road in the Magnolia Hills subdivision around 8:05 a.m.

Once on scene, medics found a single vehicle driven by 28-year-old Justin Everett Brown of Magnolia had crashed through a privately owned fence and hit a tree.
