Police searching for wine drinking woman they say swiped $1K in jewelry

KEMAH, Texas (KTRK) -- The Kemah Police Department has posted photos of a wine-drinking woman they say stole $1,000 in jewelry.

Keman P.D. says the woman has a large tattoo on her right forearm.
