Driver who fatally hit man in northeast Harris County identified, deputies say

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The driver who struck and killed a man in northeast Harris County overnight has been identified.

Deputies say Johnna Dickson was driving on Homestead Road when she hit another car.

Dickson allegedly told police the road was not well lit and she could not see until it was too late.

It is uncertain if Dickson will face charges.
