No victim found after reported shooting at gas station in SE Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Police responding to reports of a shooting did not find an alleged gunshot victim at a southeast Houston gas station.

Officers responded to the Shell station in the 8000 block of MLK Boulevard after someone called 911.

The caller told 911 dispatchers a person with a gunshot wound was found conscious, and that a suspect took off in a vehicle after the shooting.

We do not know whether anyone was questioned about the shooting call.
