Woman found dead, man critically injury at west Houston motel

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police are investigating the death of a woman at a motel in west Houston.

The investigation is happening in the 1300 block of West Sam Houston Parkway. Police say they're still not sure how the woman died, but they believe the man tried to fatally shoot himself. He's in ICU right now.
