Lottery ticket theft suspects arrested by constables

HOUSTON -- On April 13, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 23100 block of Kuykendahl Road at a Valero gas station in reference to a theft.

Upon deputies' arrival, the complainant reported that a male suspect had entered the store, grabbed a lottery ticket display case and then fled the scene in a blue Ford car.

During the investigation, deputies received a second call at a nearby Kroger Store where a male matching the suspect's description was attempting to cash in hundreds of dollars' worth of lottery tickets.
