The photos were tweeted by Trooper Russ Winger with the Washington State Patrol on Tuesday. Apparently the Bald Eagle was flying too low and collided with a vehicle's windshield.
The raptor was transported to a rehab center, but unfortunately didn't survive injuries from the accident.

You can't rock a name like Haliaeetus leucocephalus and not be awesome. Not sure if he will make it but we'll try. pic.twitter.com/RH8ZLS1qe1

Update: Rehab center says the eagle struck today on SR16 did not make it. Injuries too severe. Sad, but he was impressive for sure.
