HazMat crew responds to train derailment near the Heights

HOUSTON -- A HazMat crew is at the scene of a train derailment near the Heights.
The scene is unfolding in the 3500 block of West 11th, near the West Loop.
No injuries have been reported.
The Houston Fire Department and officials from Union Pacific are at the scene.
