UH Cougars rally for 35-34 win over Memphis Tigers

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The 'H-town Takeover' has a flare for the dramatics and knows how to take over a 4th quarter.

The unbeaten University of Houston Cougars, trailed 34-14 in the final quarter but came roaring back with their back up quarterback, Kyle Postma.

Starter, Greg Ward Jr. rolled his ankle in the second quarter when the Cougars were down 20-0.

Postma came in and UH on the board and orchestrated a huge 4th quarter. The final score was 35-34.

UH Head Coach, Tom Herman, was asked if he knew what he had in Postma, and he said, "Yes, I did."

The University of Houston now goes on the road as the travel to Connecticut.
