1 dead after group fires into crowd at northeast Houston party

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A Houston man is dead after a shooting at a huge party in northeast Houston.

Several people were leaving that party at the Haverstock Hill Apartments on Aldine Bender at Lee around midnight when police tell us a group of people inside a white pickup truck started shooting into the crowd.

A 22-year-old man was wounded and died at the scene.

Police are still searching for the shooters, and right now, don't have a motive.
