Reward increased in search for wanted sex offender
HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Crime Stoppers is increasing the reward for one of the Texas' most wanted sex offenders.
Jerry Don Holmes, 42, is wanted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, assault and bond surrender forfeiture. There is now a $8,000 reward for information leading to his capture.
Holmes last known address was in Pearland. Crime Stoppers say he also has ties to Shepard, Livingston, Pasadena, and Houston. Holmes also has ties to several Native American tribes in northeastern Oklahoma.
Holmes has a criminal history which includes indecency with a child by exposure and assault. He's 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs approximately 220 pounds. He has tattoos on his right arm, left leg and left hand; and a scar on his forehead.
Holmes is considered to be armed and dangerous.
