Jared Luke Langley is wanted for possession with intent to distribute and manufacturing a controlled substance.

Clifford Jason Guynes is wanted for intoxication assault.

Robert Boswell is wanted for theft from an elderly individual.

David Wayne Jackson is wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Ryan Shane Casas is wanted for burglary of a building.

James Troy Owens is wanted for engaging in organized criminal activity.

Anglea Renea Ruiz is wanted for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Tyler Clayton Waid is wanted for burglary of a habitation .

Michael Ray Kear is wanted for aggravated sexual assault.

Eduardo Jeses Teran is wanted for injury to a child.

Multi-County Crime Stoppers has published a list of its 10 most wanted fugitives, whose warrants range from burglary to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle to involvement in organized crime.

One of the fugitives, Jared Luke Langley, is also one of the Department of Public Safety's top 10 most wanted fugitives. Langley, a known gang member, is wanted for parole violation, burglary of a habitation, evading arrest and theft.

Montgomery County's list of most wanted fugitives

Up to a $12,500 reward is offered for information leading to Langley's arrest.

For all other wanted fugitives, Multi-County Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to a felony arrest. Information leading to other arrests will lead to at least a $500 reward.
