18-year-old with special needs was missing in N. Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police say a teenager with special needs who went missing in north Houston is back with his family.

Louis Cano, 18, was located by Houston police patrol, according to authorities. He was released back to his parent.

Houston police said he was last seen Tuesday leaving a parking lot on Antoine.
