JUPITER, FL (KTRK) -- There may be a new clue in the search for two 14-year-old boys who went missing off Florida's Atlantic coast,.[br /][br /]Yesterday, a Sarasota helicopter company found two life jackets near a sandbar off the coast of Savannah, Georgia, ABC affiliate http://www.wpbf.com/news/missing-boys-capsized-boat-may-not-have-yielded-clues/34532440" TARGET="" REL=""]WPBF-TV reports. The company doesn't know who the vests belong to, and are now working to see if they're connected to the disappearance of Perry Cohen and Austin Stephanos.[br /][Ads /][br /][facebook URL="https://www.facebook.com/HeliAviationFlorida/videos/864287607001940/" /][br /][br /]Because of the find, a Maine-based group is now sending a dog search team to coastal Georgia to aid in the search.[br /][br /]Meanwhile, the boat two teens were on when they went missing is no longer where the Coast Guard found it. Multiple media outlets report that a marine salvage company hired by the Coast Guard to bring the boat back to shore couldn't find the vessel, which was discovered capsized on July 26.[br /][br /]Coast Guard spokesman Anthony Soto said Monday the boat had been left unsecured and the agency has no plans to look for it.[br /][br /]Soto says the boat wasn't brought to shore earlier because officials were focused on search efforts instead.[br /][br /]The Coast Guard called off its search for the teens on Friday, one week after they went missing. Since then, volunteers have continued looking for the teenagers.[br /][br /]The Associated Press contributed to this report.
