Missing 9-year-old boy in southwest Houston found safe

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Houston police report Alexander Centeno, who had been last seen Monday evening, has been found safe.

Alexander was last seen at about 8:15 p.m., not far from Landis Elementary School.

Shortly before 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, police said Alexander had been located. No other information on his whereabouts was immediately available.
