HPD vehicle involved in crash with METRORail

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A Houston police patrol vehicle was involved in a crash Friday night with a METRORail.

METRO confirms a crash took place late Friday night on the Red Line in the area of Main and Elgin in midtown Houston.

At least four people were reportedly injured, but none were transported to the hospital. The injuries were non-life threatening.

It's not known if an HPD officer was among the injured.
