NYPD: Man leaps through window after stealing comic book in Times Square

NEW YORK -- A man is in custody in Midtown after he jumped out of a second-floor window of a comic book store.

Police believe he was trying to steal a comic book at the store on 40th Street and 7th Avenue.

He went to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
