A woman was walking her dog around 6pm on July 6 in the parking lot of a Fry's Electronics store on the Southwest Freeway near West Bellfort Avenue.

HPD says a man driving a dark-colored Ford pickup truck struck the woman from behind, causing her to fall on her hands and knees.

The man took off without stopping to help the victim, police say.

A $5,000 reward is now being offered for the suspect, described as a white male in his early 20s, with a slim build and blond curly hair.

If you have any information that could lead to his charging or arrest, call Houston Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS or submit an anonymous tip online at www.crime-stoppers.org.
