Man found fatally shot in car in SE Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Police are investigating after a man was found shot dead in a car on Bataan Road in southeast Houston.

Investigators said the bullets went into a bedroom where a mother and her two children were sleeping Wednesday morning. They were not hurt.

Police do not think it was a drive-by shooting because most of the bullets were in the car, while only one went into the home.
