Man accused of sexually assaulting young child in SW Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A 17-year-old man is facing super aggravated sexual assault charges after being accused of forcing himself onto a child under the age of 6.

Mario Guarchaj was arrested Tuesday in southwest Houston.

He was booked into the Harris County Jail on a $100,000 bond.

We searched and found no prior criminal record for the suspect.
