Stepdad accused of stomping on boy who didn't do his chores

LA PORTE, TX -- La Porte police arrested a man for allegedly attacking his 7-year-old stepson.

According to court records, Jesse Crummel, 23, allegedly jerked the child around and stomped on him, all because the child reportedly didn't do his chores.

Crummel faces third-degree felony charges of injury to a child.
