The terror organization ISIS is cutting salaries for employees.

If you didn't know, ISIS operates as a government entity across parts of Iraq and Syria and pays fighters between $400 and $1,200 per month, plus stipends for wives and children.

A memo from the terror group says it's cutting salaries by 50 percent, but doesn't say why. The terrorists will continue to hand out paychecks every other week.
